At Tradeline International, we are committed to transparency and full compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws, including the Federal 3-Day Right of Rescission. Please read this policy carefully before entering into any agreement or purchase with us.
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Cooling-Off Rule, consumers are entitled to cancel certain contracts or agreements within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation.
You may cancel your contract with Tradeline International within this 3-day period by providing written notice to our office via email or certified mail. The cancellation will be considered effective on the date the notice is postmarked or timestamped.
To cancel within the rescission period, send a written notice that includes your name, date of agreement, and a clear statement of your intent to cancel to:
Email: support@tradelineinternational.net
Mailing Address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue,Suite 15693 Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States
Phone: 800-282-7127
Once cancellation is confirmed, any payments made will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
After the 3-day rescission period has expired, all sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, or disputes will be accepted. Clients enter into a legally binding agreement, and we fully uphold the terms of that agreement once the federally allotted cancellation window has passed.
Any attempt to dispute charges or cancel services outside of the 3-day period will be considered a breach of contract and may be subject to immediate legal action to recover fees and associated damages.
Tradeline International takes contract integrity seriously. Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or attempts to cancel services after the rescission period will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We reserve the right to pursue legal claims for damages, recovery of funds, and enforcement of our agreement through state and federal courts in the State of Wyoming.
We encourage open communication and are happy to answer any questions before you proceed. Please contact us at:
